MODEL RELEASE CONTRACT

This agreement is entered between  above named model and A List Productions for
usage of photographs submitted to ALP voluntarily by model on the date shown on
application e-mail

ALP his/her heirs, legal representatives and those acting with the ALP permission is
granted the right to use images of the model for the sales, exhibitions, and for
advertisements that promote ALP and model.  ALP has the right to retouch, enhance
and/or remove blemishes of images of the model.  ALP is granted permission to
display the images for the above-mentioned purposes on the Internet at  
www.modeslalist.com and on promotional materials.

ALP,  his/her heirs, legal representatives and those acting with the ALP permission
agree/s not to use or allow images of the model in whole or in part to be used in ways
that would slander, embarrass, attack, or deform the character
or person of the model.
ALP, his heirs, legal representatives and those acting with the ALP permission
agree/s not to use or allow the images of the model in whole or in part to be used to
sell or promote sex, or to be used in conjunction with pornography, drugs, violence,
or illegal/illicit activities.
